When it comes to IIHS safety ratings, the Kia Sedona is the only minivan other than the Honda Odyssey to receive an IIHS "Top Safety Pick" award.
In fact, the Sedona, along with its Hyundai Entourage cousin, was the first minivan ever to receive the coveted award. The "Top Safety Pick" award
designation is the highest honor available from the IIHS and is reserved for vehicles that achieve the Institute's highest rating in front, side,
and rear impact crash test and offer electronic stability control.
